Ms. Glass is concerned that an email she sent prior to the Board’s last meeting was not addressed in our June 6, 2017 meeting.  Vicente attempted to address her email but she only wanted to address the dues.  The amount for dues was approved by the Board in April, prior to the bylaws being submitted to the Community Association.

Another question from the floor:  Can they get a copy of the bylaws?  Answer: Yes.  Tell the secretary.
“Hi Neighbor” Event is in the Community Hall – November 2, 2017.  Club information will be shared. No shorts, hats or jeans would be allowed.  Members will have to pay a cost for this event. The date is December 22, 2017.  We have the  Florida room for 4 hours.
Vicente says he was event coordinator for the convention center for several years.
Membership is what we need to work on right now.  We need you to tell your neighbors about this club.  And help us build-up our membership.
Charlene Boykins shared the survey and discussed how to complete the form.  Time was allowed for those present to complete the survey. The Board will send the survey to everyone to complete.  Do not complete the survey you receive if you completed a survey today.
New Logo distributed in color.  There was a motion to accept the new logo.   Motioned Barbara Andrade and seconded by Terri Cardozo.  We will need to get it copyrighted as a trademark for our club. Mr. Glenn McCain, will chair this process.  Vicente will work with him and Colleen Smith will help him.
Membership Listing Distributions.  Charlene is not in favor of distributing list of members.  It was decided that we could table this discussion until we allow persons against it to opt out if they choose.
Meetings are scheduled for the second Friday of every month.  Our December meeting will be in the Royal room, next door.  July and August most people are on vacation. Question:  How many think we should have meetings in July and August?   All except 3 people want a meeting in August and July.  It was decided that we can address this again for the following fiscal year.
